Okay, It has not been two weeks yet and I had someone else ask me if I had lost some weight!

I am amazed - I am taking 8 oz of Spark Energy drink before my workout. Then a chocolate post workout recovery shake. I also take the MNS Max Energy Program before breakfast and lunch.

I am down close to 10lbs. I can't wait to add more cardio to my workouts...swimming lessons are only 40 minutes so I really have been only able to work-out about 1/2 hour then a quick 10 minute run. when I stretch that out to 30-40 minutes I think I will see even more weightloss!

Another great couple days on product...felt stronger today I was more conficent later in my sets...time to add more weight. I also have lost seven pounds in less than two weeks. That is even with getting stronger and building muscle...the key is the decreased calories from my lack of craving and bingeing!

I had a great workout this morning. I only had about 45 minutes during my daughter's swimming lessons. I was able to hit it hard. I know I am getting stronger and it is increasing my ability to do more reps without a lot of rest in between sets.

Great Workout

I had a great day at the gym. I really think the post-workout shake refuels and replenishes needed nutrition.

I am still impress with how I am not nearly as tempted to pig out on high fat high calorie snacks. Usually when I work out.. I tend to crave more calories. That is not the case at all with the Advocare products added to my routine.

I even sent a packet of Spark with my wife today. She had a 5:05 am flight and could use the boost from Spark. I will be interested to see if she tries it.

Good workout at the YMCA today. Lots of energy...scale tipped at 144 so down about 5lbs in 6 days...I will take that.

I will be able to hit the Y again tomorrow...the girls have swimming lessons.

Not looking forward to Church...

Okay- don't take this the wrong way. I love Sunday Mornings. A great time to go to Church and connect with friends and new people. I enjoy a great worship set, real teaching, and just the community of getting together to start the week.

One of the special little things I enjoy about Sunday morning is taking my cup of Starbuck's French Roast with me. It really is comforting and just plain soothing.

Well after taking the MNS Energy - I am sad to say I have lost the huge coffee crave that I have come to love:(

I am sure I can push through it! It is so hard to believe I can kick a huge coffee habit so quickly. Okay - I'll admit I still drink a cup of coffee in the am. I will say that since starting my advocare products I just have lost my huge craving swings for sweets...coffee...etc...Praise the Lord! Okay- I am off to Church, I guess I am being taught one of the little lessons...what is the most important thing about Sunday morning? Not the coffee!

Okay- This week has been crazy. I was able to go to the YMCA today- excited about a great workout. When we got there my three year old decided she did not want me to leave her in the nursery or kids gym.

So we came home...not what I was planning to do. She was going to take some time in her room. I told her I would check on her in 10 minutes. Ten minutes later she was asleep.

So it was time for me to make do. I was able to do 5 set of 10 pushups... started a burn...then did several sets of dips. My triceps felt like they were going to fall off. Finished with some dumbell flys and tricep extentions.

Another not so perfect workout- but it was still effective and encouraging. I had some craving for soda this after noon. I have stopped a 1/2 pot coffee habit - cold turkey- with the help of just one spark in the am.

I am surprised that no headache from lack of coffee. I am noticing a lack of interest in high fat snacks(I can't believe I just typed that) But really enjoying some fruit... I had cold water and fresh pinapple today- it was awesome!

Well can't wait to see Friday's workout cause it is Garage sale time at our house...looks like improvising again or hopefully late trip to gym in the pm.
