I can't say enough about how Advocare products have changed my work outs. I love my Spark in the morning. Nothing, I mean NOTHING, tastes better than a Post-Workout Recovery Shake! It was great to meet people at Sportmen's Adventure this weekend! I just love the fact that Advocare offers so many great products. I am so amazed that each product line can impact so many people.
