Too long since last post! I have been in the gym 3-4 times a week again. Once school started I had a rough couple of weeks. August was full of diversions that kept me away from the gym! After two or three of those weeks, I have been able to move past those diversions and get back into it. I really was surprised at how quickly I was able to see improvement in my woprkouts - usually after missing a couple of weeks I really lose ground. A couple of days into it and I really feel great!
Still love the Post Workout Recovery Shake- Now in a canister! and the Maderin Orange Spark can't be beat!
