After reading yesterday's entry I need to clarify- Advocare is not the same MLM as Amway... I just was making a point that I have been surprised by a few friends at a time when they were selling Amway...and God Bless them they were excited. real excited ...too excited.

With that said...I am EXCITED...Another great day. I did not get to go to the YMCA- I helped my father in law move a bunch of stuff from my garage and basement. Lots of stairs, lots of boxes, funrniture...a hutch here, a couch there...I am pleased to say...lots of energy...no sore muscles.

Not5 a solid workout, but still felt a little burn every now and then!

Let's see what happens at the gym Thursday.
