Great Intentions - No More Excuses

I was so excited to be at the Waukee YMCA today! What only 10 days into the New Year and the gym traffic is slower already. More room for me! People that started the Year with great intentions are slowly finding excuses to break their resolutions. I have to say that the Advocare Products I take have allowed me to stay focused on my fitness goals.
