Advocare Rocks

It has been awhile since I have talked about my Advocare story...I can not say enough about Post-Workout Recovery. Wow! I have been using Muscle Fuel and Catalyst too. My work outs have been killer. I feel great and want to be in the gym. My clothes fit better and I just have a confidence back I have not had in a long time.

I always start my day with a Spark, and end it with Restore.
