Okay, It has not been two weeks yet and I had someone else ask me if I had lost some weight!

I am amazed - I am taking 8 oz of Spark Energy drink before my workout. Then a chocolate post workout recovery shake. I also take the MNS Max Energy Program before breakfast and lunch.

I am down close to 10lbs. I can't wait to add more cardio to my workouts...swimming lessons are only 40 minutes so I really have been only able to work-out about 1/2 hour then a quick 10 minute run. when I stretch that out to 30-40 minutes I think I will see even more weightloss!
